So, this blog is actually from Thursday night and I forgot to post it, so here it is!....
I love how our school is an international school and I get to meet people from all over the world. My Muslim friend Sam, from Iraq, invited some of us today to go to the Muslim mosque in Beijing. It was so cool. We wore a hijab covering our head, so we were able to go inside. This mosque has been there for 1,000 years, and part of it was the original building from 500 years ago. I think it is so neat to learn about other religions and cultures and see the way people live. We ate Muslim food at a really good restaurant after. Well, it’s time for me to go to bed. Wan an!
